A turned and boarded joined or joint stool of traditional construction. Solid and of good colour. Sun bleached quarter sawn top, minuscule historic worm to one leg (this has been treated again as a precaution), clout-nail top fixing, one nail in underside circa 1920. Early 19thC. Most likely a work room or kitchen stool.
