A West Country panel back vernacular settle in Georgian style. Great surface condition and colour. Wonderful size and super provenance. It was purchased from the National Trust and it resided in recent years in The Great Barn Avebury and had been used in a National Trust tea shop during its life there. The National Trust rarely sell anything to the public. It is a good sized item with an amazing history. A mixture of pine and fruit wood, elm and a sliver or two of oak.
