    Swiss Pewter Wine Jug Dated 1688.

    An exceptional Swiss pewter wine jug dated 1688, in superb condition for it's age, there are however a few age related dents, which, as they say, are part of it's journey. With a British Antique Dealer's Association transfer to the lid which is believed to be from around 1950 it is a known piece. (BADA was formed in 1918).

    The lid unscrews and the spout cover opens as it should.
